I have worked with KBH building services over 2 years. I found them professional, knowledgeable in fire safety, qualified and willing to get project completed in time. They have helped me to achieve my target spend per month regularly. They are responsive when it comes to dealing with complaints from our residents. They get fire remedial works correctly completed first time and 95% of the time. I think this is due to their communication skills, hard work, work ethics and knowledge. Myself and my organisation Peabody is very demanding when it comes to paperwork. This includes details quotations, variations and completion reports as well as updating Northgate. They seem to have very good supervisors and a great admin team. Their willingness to get issues resolved, successfully manage small-large projects and keeping Peabody Fire delivery team happy has been second to none. KBH has always been willing to work with me to achieve Peabody targets and not against us. I can’t say this about other contractors.
